2 氣泡點(diǎn)測(cè)試原理 : 取一定材質(zhì)的濾膜或?yàn)V芯，用一定的溶液潤濕后，在膜的一側(cè)用氣體加壓，隨著壓力的增加，氣體從濾膜另一側(cè)釋放，出現(xiàn)大小、數(shù)量不等的氣泡，對(duì)應(yīng)的壓力值為泡點(diǎn)值。

4 為什么擴(kuò)散流的方法更好？
起泡點(diǎn)值只是一個(gè)定性的值，從開始起泡到zui后的群起泡是一個(gè)比較長的過程，不能準(zhǔn)確的定量。而測(cè)量擴(kuò)散流值是一個(gè)定量值 , 不但能準(zhǔn)確的確定過濾器的完整性，而且還能反應(yīng)出膜的孔隙率、流量和有效過濾面積等方面的問題，同時(shí)擴(kuò)散流的測(cè)試壓力要低于zui小泡點(diǎn)的壓力，能起到保護(hù)濾芯、延長濾芯使用壽命的目的，這也就是為什么現(xiàn)在國外濾芯廠家都只用擴(kuò)散流法測(cè)試完整性的原因。
5 水浸入法介紹
以前 : 疏水濾芯用有機(jī)溶液測(cè)試
由于疏水性的多孔濾膜不能被水相溶液潤濕，必須使用異丙醇 / 水的混合溶液來潤濕濾膜。
缺點(diǎn)：
1 過濾時(shí)疏水性是空氣濾芯的特點(diǎn)但在測(cè)試時(shí)卻需要將濾芯親水化
2 通常濾芯必須從過濾濾殼中取出并在另一個(gè)獨(dú)立的濾殼中測(cè)試，同時(shí)要求設(shè)備的防爆性能。
3 異丙醇測(cè)試只能在滅菌前進(jìn)行
4 異丙醇作為氣體污染物必須被*去除
5 無法檢測(cè)濾芯的疏水性    6 無法檢測(cè)濾芯安裝的正確性
水浸入法測(cè)試的介紹：
在一定的壓力下，測(cè)量擠入疏水性濾膜中的水的流量來判斷濾芯的孔徑。 孔越小，侵入就越少。zui大的侵入發(fā)生在zui大的孔。如果孔徑 “ 太大 ", 水就會(huì)穿透過去。 在小于臨界壓力的測(cè)試壓力作用下，水不能通過膜而只能浸入到膜基體中，水優(yōu)先浸入zui大的膜孔。浸入膜基體的水不會(huì)與透過膜的水相混淆，浸入是一個(gè)極為緩慢的過程，為了在下游端得到水，需要保持很長時(shí)間的壓力。
